In order to download the theme from your Envato account, please login, hover over your profile name in the upper right corner and refer to the “Downloads” tab (fig. 1):

Find The7 theme in your products list. And click the “Download” link on the right (fig. 2):

Alternatively, you can download entire theme package in the same drop-down menu (fig. 3):

Unzip it – inside you will find the theme installation file (called “dt-the7_v.zip”), quick start guide, license folder, folder with PSD files, etc.
