Up sells widget (fig 1) allows to display recommended product in the single product page.

First you need to select Upsell products to recommend in the Edit product screen (fig 1.1). Then you can display those products using the Upsell widgets.

You can enter a title for the up sell widget under the “Style” tab (fig. 2)
