If there is WPML plugin active at your website, and you added the WPML microwidget in your header in Theme Options -> Top Bar & Header -> Microwidgets, it’s time to configure its appearance.
To do so, please go to Theme Options -> WPML Flags (fig. 1.1):

Apply The7’s skin and click the link to go further (fig. 1.2):

You will be taken to the WPML’s settings – please enable this option (fig. 1.3):

Then click the Customize button that will appear. After that, you will see options of the switcher (fig. 1.4), and will be able to set it as you desire:
