System Status
The next section is System Status (fig. 1). In case of any problems with the web-site, it may point out the most widespread issues like wrong install location (the theme is stored in a folder different from /dt-the7/), lack of server memory, unavailable ZIP module (when server is not able to unpack ZIP archives), etc.
There is also a link to Service information on the bottom. The link is useful for contact with our Support.
Click it, and it will expand the full service information (fig. 2), which you can copy and paste into your ticket on our Support Portal.
Furthermore, from there you can go to The7 Debug Tools section, which contains a few useful tools for developers.
